KENNETH TAGUCHI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kenneth Taguchi’s experience in leadership roles spans across different areas within consumer banking. From managing sales teams to streamlining processes, his contributions have been significant in achieving sales targets and implementing strategic plans. His last role was Head of Sales & Distribution, consumer banking.
His skills in leadership, business strategy, team management, effective communication, and problem-solving have been instrumental in the success he has had in his previous roles. It’s notable how he has overseen the setup and management of various teams, ensuring they meet sales targets while also focusing on enhancing customer service and employee productivity.
His experience covers a wide spectrum of responsibilities, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and spearhead successful initiatives shines through his career timeline.

CHERYL CHONG
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Dedicated to creating a happy and genuine partnerships to help business grow.
With 14 years of experience, Cheryl have worked as part of the pioneer team to set up a retail banking franchise in Singapore. Her skills knowledge in ensuring due diligence and providing excellent customer service during her day-to-day interaction with both internal and external clients. Throughout her career, she has identified ways and initiating plans to improve processes for better business and ensuring all operational risks are to be addressed in a timely manner.
In all of Cheryl’s past positions, she oversees a team of service staff who service a port of customers for their daily banking needs (information on new and existing products and services) including admin related role to support sales team of Wealth, Mortgage, Credit Cards, Renovation and Education Loans.
In addition to her experience and relationship-building experience from her previous role as a stewardess, Cheryl has a solid foundation and passion to interact with clients and partners. She finds this skill especially advantageous to company’s ongoing growth and continued success.

GARRY ONG
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Garry has an extensive and successful tenure in the banking sector, with a range of responsibilities and achievements. Managing a team of bankers, providing financial advisory services, specializing in insurance and investment policies, and hitting sales targets across various banking products showcase a diverse skill set.
The achievements, such as being the Top Personal Banker for consecutive years and winning the ASEAN Smart Banker Challenger, highlight his dedication and expertise in the field. Additionally, his involvement in setting goals, strategizing team focus, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations demonstrates a holistic understanding of the industry.
His proficiency in offering a diverse range of banking products, including home loans, unit trusts, insurance, and various accounts, showcases a comprehensive knowledge base. The involvement in property agency awareness and show flat duties signifies a proactive approach to business development and customer engagement. Furthermore, his role in providing mortgage advice underlines the expertise in financial advisory services.
